1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship all orders through trusted and top-rated courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines:

South India: 2–4 working days
Rest of India: 4–7 working days
Remote / Village Areas: 7–10 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A tracking ID
Courier partner details
A tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

You can use this link to track your order in real time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available in select pin codes.
Additional COD charges may apply (optional – add if you take COD fees).
The courier company may contact you before delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable:

The courier will make two attempts to deliver.
If still undelivered, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct while placing the order.

We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address
Failed deliveries due to unreachable phone numbers
Additional charges or re-shipping caused by wrong address

8. Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged package:

Do not accept it from the courier, if possible.
Take photos/videos of the damaged parcel and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
