1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available in select pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply (optional – add if you take COD fees).

  • The courier company may contact you before delivery.


6. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable:

  • The courier will make two attempts to deliver.

  • If still undelivered, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct while placing the order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed deliveries due to unreachable phone numbers

  • Additional charges or re-shipping caused by wrong address


8. Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept it from the courier, if possible.

  • Take photos/videos of the damaged parcel and product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
